My stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable, with clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff who were always eager to help. However, I did face some challenges with the booking process and a few issues during check-in, which could definitely be improved. In addition, the room had some serious maintenance issues; it was freezing, and there were ants crawling around.
